The blade is made by Japanese craftsmen. The single-edge blade is slightly curved.

The wooden handle is covered with skate skin. It has two caps, a braiding with a decorative plate in the form of a goose. There are two types of tsuba with geese images - one of them is covered with coloured enamels.

The wooden scabbard is covered with leather.  It has cut-out brassy mount, locket and chape.

 The brassy parts of the sword are jeweled and decorated with ornament in Japanese style.

The technologies: sawing-out, metal carving, lacquer drawing, needle engraving, etching, chisel engraving, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, silver niello and brass niello, enamel painting,  braiding, lacquering, jewelry work.

The materials:  steel, brass, wood, skate skin, decorative cord, enamels, cubic zirconia.

Coatings: Nickel plating up to 9 micron; gold plating up to 25 micron; silver plating up to 15 micron.
